Each 9.3 grams contains: Vitamin C 500mg (ascorbic acid),Calcium 500mg (as ascorbate, citrate, lactate, malate reacted from calcium lactate and citric/ascorbic acids), Magnesium 200mg (as ascorbate, citrate, lactate, malate reacted from magnesium carbonate and citric/ascorbic acids), Potassium 150mg (as ascorbate, citrate, lactate, malate reacted from potassium bicarbonate and citric/ascorbic acids) Sodium 80mg (bicarbonate), Glycine 500mg.

Store in a cool place. Tamper resistant seal; do not use if seal is broken.

Adults: As a nutritional supplement 2 level teaspoons 1-2 times daily.
