What are the advantages of Two Phases?
The marketplace is inundated with vitamin and mineral
supplements that are not only ineffective, but are often toxic
to the body. The majority of these supplements are synthetic
and highly oxidized. This dilemma brought about the concept
of “chronobiology”. This data supports that the time of day
supplements are taken is extremely important for metabolizing

In a controlled scientific study at the Department of
Prevention and Rehabilitation Sports Medicine at the
University of Freidburg, stress reactions and defense
