NO returns or refunds will be issued after your order/products have shipped unless the product is damaged in transit. We are unable to accept returns. Our Brand Vendors are unable to accept returns.
Claims for shortages, incorrect items, and damages must be made within (5) days of delivery and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. * Refunds will not be automatically issued unless we receive notification within (5) days of delivery.
Call our Customer Service at (470) 380-5918 to receive a Return Authorization Number. Please include this R.A. Number on the outside of the returning package. Please be sure to include a copy of your receipt.

We must physically receive the return within the 30 days of the RA. Appletree Vitamins reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements, or to change this policy at any time.

*Returned or Refused Packages Disclaimer:
A. Address or Other Customer Error: If a package is returned to Appletree Vitamins due to address error (or any other error) made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. A refund will be issued for merchandise only, minus a 20% restocking fee.
B. Customer refusal: If a customer refuses a package for any reason, Appletree Vitamins will issue a refund for merchandise only, minus a 20% restocking fee, upon receipt of the returned package. The customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred.
C. For any carrier-returned package: For any order that is returned to Appletree Vitamins, if return shipping cost is greater than the cost of goods ordered, Appletree Vitamins will instruct the carrier to abandon the package. In such a case, the customer will not receive a refund for the order but will also not be liable for the return shipping cost.
D. Destroyed or unreturned package: If a package has been destroyed by the carrier or has otherwise not been returned to Appletree Vitamins we cannot issue a refund for the order.
E. Cold-ship products: NO returns or refunds will be issued after the product has shipped unless the product is damaged in transit.
