To this day, I still buy Spectra Zyme from Metagenics since it's really assisted with my issue with acid reflux that just doesn't seem to go away. I'd definitely recommend other Metagenics items as well.

I've been using SpectraZyme Complete from Metagenics prior to eating food for over 3 years now. It really assists with keeping gas at bay and eliminates any nasty farts from coming. I finally feel okay being in public after a meal.
