Just as with any other vitamin that I had taken in the past, I take Glucosamine Sulfate from Metagenics since my wife believes it to be a smart thing to do. I've got a few knee problems that have significantly gotten better with the help of glucosamine. I'm glad my wife did her research because this is a miracle worker.

Helpful for those with osteoarthritis

I no longer have any pains in my joints from my osteoarthritis�now that I take Glucosamine Sulfate from Metagenics. Whenever I forget a day, the pain comes back immediately. Therefore, it doesn't cure it. Moreso, it's like a pain killer that doesn't give you any side effects unlike for instance Apirin, which gives you stomach issues in the long run.
