Mag levels have finally gone back to normal

My doctor had recommended that I begin using Mag Glycinate from Metagenics since my levels were pretty low. Half a year later and they finally began to increase. It took an entire year for them to get back to normal. I personally, though, found them slightly difficult to swallow. I take a couple together and I have to finish it up with a solid meal in order to get them all the way down. However, it's really not that big of a deal.
