Really like the new formula

This is just awesome. I'm really happy that you only need to take a packet per day. Last time, I had gotten 60 packets and I needed to take it a couple times per day. I wasn't happy with the previous packing since the pills would actually stick to the plastic so you had to be very careful with taking them out. However, we don't have to worry about that anymore. These packets are super easy to have on you. I love Omega 3s.

I've taken Wellness Essentials Healthy Balance from Metagenics for a couple of months now. I really liked that I could purchase it here. I got free shipping and I really loved the whole shopping experience. I could've gotten cheaper than paying at the doctor's office, so that was a bonus. I've found that the item itself has helped with my mood. I have a problem with hormonal disbalance, which has negatively impacted my sugar levels. I don't exactly know how that's doing now since I haven't been tested, but I feel like it has. I also like how easy it is to have the packets. I do really think, though, that they work differently on each person, so I can't promise anything.
